Are you 18-28 years old and about to start working or are currently working? You may be eligible to participate in the ASCEND research study!
Project ASCEND is seeking young adults with a valid U.S. ID or passport who are starting a new job or who are currently working in one of the eligible occupations (see below) to participate in a confidential research study at Brown University.. This longitudinal study explores how social networks influence health behaviors among young people working. Participation involves: a) a 15-minute Zoom verification session, b) a 60-minute baseline survey, c) a 30-minute Zoom orientation, d) 6 follow-up surveys every 1-6 months, and e) one-week daily diary bursts over different 5-week periods throughout the 2 years. This study is entirely online. You do not need to be a student or drink alcohol to participate, and eligible participants can earn up to $780 in compensation.
Who: Young adults aged 18-28 who are about to start working or who are currently working.
Time Involved: Total time in the study is 2 years [including inactive breaks every month].
Compensation: Receive up to $780 for completing the study.
