Dr. Rosemarie Martin was a participant for the National Governors Association Center for Best Practices and the American Correctional Association, in partnership with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Expert Roundtable on Expanding Medication Assisted Treatment to Justice Involved Populations. The roundtable convened national experts, senior state officials, and federal officials to identify and vet state strategies to be included in a roadmap for governors and state policymakers intended to improve coordination and bolster efforts to address opioid use disorder (OUD) among people involved in the justice system.
